This page explains how American Auto Detailing Response quotes, estimates, and service descriptions work. It is not a contract for work until a quote is accepted and the job is scheduled.

Quotes are estimates
Written and emailed quotes are estimates based on the vehicle, photos, and details you provided. Final work can change if the vehicle’s condition, size, access, or requested services differ from that information. Additional work is quoted before it is performed unless you already approved it.
What a quote does not promise
A quote is not a guarantee of a specific finish, restoration result, or completion time. Results depend on paint condition, oxidation, prior work, weather, and site access. We do not invent prices, packages, or timelines on this page. Current pricing is provided on the quote you receive.
Photos and information you send
Photos and notes help us estimate. They do not replace an on-site review when the vehicle cannot be fairly judged from those materials. If something important was missing from the request, we will say so before work starts.
Scheduling and payment
Sending a quote is not a booking. Work is scheduled after you accept the quote and we confirm an appointment. Payment terms are stated on the quote or at scheduling. We do not process cardholder data in the quote email.
